Return Service


In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:

  • Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from https://www.lightlyloveddevice.com/

  • A valid order confirmation number from https://www.lightlyloveddevice.com/ must accompany your return request.

  • Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.

  • Once your return request is approved, Lightly Loved Device will issue you an RMA# to include with your return. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.

  • Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

  • All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of an RMA# issuance.

  • Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Lightly Loved Device. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any items purchased with a promotion code will be refunded as per the value after the promo code was applied.


To request a replacement or refund, please submit an RMA request or contact our Customer Service team. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If approved, you will receive an email from support@lightlyloveddevice.com with your RMA# and further instructions on how to complete your request.

Refund notification will be sent via email after the returned item has been received and processed. The refund will be done through the same form of payment which was used for purchase. Refunds will be completed 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at https://www.lightlyloveddevice.com/. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.

Holiday Returns Policy

Items shipped by thescreenpatrol.com between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed above.
